Resources and Information: Beaumont

Beaumont

City is under curfew from 8:00pm to 6:00am.  This affects all businesses.

Sewer system is non-operational - citizens urged to use water sparingly.

The City of Beaumont water treatment plant, located on Pine Street, has power without generators. A boil-water notice, as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the EPA, is currently in effect and will remain for an estimated 3 to 5 more days.

There is saltwater intrusion in the water system at this time as a result of the storm surge.   The saltwater could damage home appliances such as dish washers and washing machines.
